- Notes: Elkin [1071] is dated 1929, but the catalogue number places the revision at 1920. No [1071] copy, dated 1920, is known to the editor. It is possible that the revision was undertaken c1920, or earlier. This bravura piece contains many repeat marks. If all are observed, the 1903 edition contains 418 bars, and the 1929 edition 366 bars. Timings are given with all repeats observed.
